Do you know older adults that want to exercise, but have issues with accessibility, like not having internet access? The Stay on Your Feet strategy is pleased to announce that the “From Soup to Tomatoes” exercise classes are now available on USB drives in English and French. The USBs are free and available to service providers in the Northeast to use with their older adult groups. From Soup to Tomatoes is an armchair-based exercise program that can build strength, promote balance, and bring people together. They are great if there is no exercise instructor available, as the instructor is on the screen! Each USB drive contains a series of basic exercise, gentle exercise, and armchair yoga classes.
